"What can I say about Lauren? She's a buying agent's dream! In April 2023, my fiance and I were looking for our first home in Portland. We found a few houses we were interested in online and connected with Lauren to show them. Lauren immediately got to work both understanding our needs and communicating the (hidden) pros and cons of each property. When we found "the one" and were ready to make an offer - Lauren went above and beyond to coordinate getting an inspection and estimates from multiple contractors. She then worked with us (from across the country no less!) to take all of those estimates and our needs to negotiate a final price that exceeded our expectations. Even after closing she has continued to kept in close contact to make sure we're getting all the continued help we need -- from insurance to second estimates from contractors.
